Hawaiian Sweet And Sour Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Drain pineapple (save syrup) and saute in butter, onion, green pepper and pineapple.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, catsup and brown sugar.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Put in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add pork and beans and stir gently to mix.
    Bake 45 minutes until it thickens.
