Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    In saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook until thickened.
    Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese until melted.
    Combine macaroni and cheese sauce.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    For larger meals, double the recipe.
    Serves 6.
