Tuna Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut chicken in pieces and marinate in 1/2 cup Lawry's citrus grill with orange juice for 30 minutes.
Drain.
Put seasoned bread crumbs in bag and add chicken and coat.
Cook in skillet in oil over medium heat.
