Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    1 can peas or 1 c. fresh or frozen
    2 or 3 carrots
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 medium onions
    2 stalks celery
    1 can tomato soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 can water (10 oz.)
Preparation
    Layer veggies in order given in crock-pot with salt and pepper.
    Place lightly browned beef over top.
    Mix soup and water; pour over all.
    Cook on slow for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 to 4 hours.
