Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour; brown on each side in hot oil.
    Add hot water and onion.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve.
    Yields 5 servings.
