Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can no-salt tomato paste
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onion in a large heavy pot, stirring occasionally.
    Add beans, water, tomatoes, tomato paste and chili powder.
    Cover and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with crackers or French bread.
    Great on a cold snowy night!
