W B A Q'S Own Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. mashed pumpkin (No. 2 can)
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
    Beat with electric mixer.
    Grease and flour four (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill half full with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove from cans and wrap in plastic.
