Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Spray paper grocery bag with Pam.
    Add popcorn.
    Put rest of ingredients, except baking soda, in glass dish; no need to mix. Microwave on High until it starts to boil.
    Mix a little.
    Let boil 2 minutes.
    Add the baking soda; stir well.
    Pour mixture over popcorn in bag.
    Roll top of bag down; shake hard.
    Put bag in microwave on High for 30 seconds (15 to 20 seconds for half recipe).
    Take out; shake bag hard.
    Put back on High for 1 1/2 minutes (45 seconds for 1/2 recipe).
    Shake again for 30 seconds. Pour onto cookie sheets.
