Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. pkg. dried beef
1 bunch green onions
garlic salt to taste
crushed walnuts (optional)
Keebler Club crackers
Preparation

Soften cream cheese in microwave or at room temperature.
Chop all of green onions in 1/4 to 3/8-inch size.
Cut or tear dried beef into small pieces.
Mix all together in small bowl, using table fork.
Add garlic salt to taste.
