Ingredients

1 pkg. flavored gelatin
1 container yogurt, same flavor
1 c. boiling water
1 egg, separated
3/4 c. milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Beat egg yolk and gelatin together.
Add boiling water, stir until dissolved.
Add milk and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form;
and fold in yogurt and gelatin.
Mix until well blended.
Spoon into pie crust.
Cover and chill until set.
