Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place margarine in a 2-quart casserole and place in oven to melt margarine.
    Pour macaroni into casserole with melted margarine.
    Stir to coat macaroni with margarine. Sprinkle salt and pepper and shredded cheese through macaroni, toss lightly.
    Pour milk over all.
    Do not stir.
    Do not cover while baking.
    Cooking time:
    1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Casserole size:
    2 quarts.
