Spinach Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 pkg. fettucini noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and drain in colander.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Stir in spinach. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup butter to warm noodles, tossing gently until butter melts.
    Add spinach mixture, whipping cream and cheese. Toss gently and serve. Serves 6.
    A great way to get kids to eat spinach!
