Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. thin sliced potatoes
    4 c. hot water
    1 lb. salmon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. hot milk
    8 to 12 crackers
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Fry onion in butter until golden brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, except milk, crackers and eggs.
    Boil gently for 30 minutes.
    Add hot milk.
    Let it boil up once.
