Ingredients

1 lb. sesame seeds
8 oz. honey
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. rose water
1 tsp. cardamom
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Brown sesame seeds slightly in the oven or on the stove top. Set aside.
Mix honey, peanut butter, sugar, rose water and cardamom in a saucepan.
Cook on low heat until it bubbles.
Stir in the sesame seeds and the walnuts.
Spread in a greased 9 x 14-inch (or similar size) pan to cool.
To serve, cut in diamond shapes.
