Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir butter, Parmesan cheese and egg into hot spaghetti.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cook and drain beef.
Add onion and pepper.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti \"crust\".
Top with tomato mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
