Country Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and dice 3 cups potatoes.
    Dice celery and onion. Combine these in large pot and add the water, bouillon cubes and salt.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add 1 cup milk.
    In medium bowl, mix sour cream, flour, chives and the other cup of milk. Cook over low heat until thickens.
    Makes 6 cups.
