West Of The Pecos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large pkg. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cook all but last four ingredients in heavy pan until meat is browned.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Put in casserole dish and let cool (this tends to thicken it).
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until it bubbles.
    This makes 2 casseroles, so you can freeze one, or if you have a large family, it will make one meal.
