Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Sift flour and cinnamon together.
Blend eggs and sugar together; add pumpkin and oil.
Blend and then add flour and nuts. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
