Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Measure and sift flour, salt and soda.
Then add to first mixture.
Stir in remaining vanilla, apples and nuts.
Mix well.
Mixture will be very stiff.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
