Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    3 c. fat-free cottage cheese, placed in blender
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    vegetable spray
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; leave slightly undercooked.
    Drain.
    Blend together egg whites, skim milk, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, white pepper and parsley.
    Mix sauce with macaroni and spoon into 1-quart baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray.
