Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves (4 c.)
    1/2 lb. shredded coconut
    1 lb. pitted dates, minced in quarters
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well with hands.
    Make 2 rolls; wrap in foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Open foil and bake 15 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
