Dillards Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) boxes gelatin (any flavor, apricot is very good)
    3 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. ice
    2 c. nondairy dessert topping, thawed
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Make gelatin with water and ice.
    Blend together topping and sour cream.
    Add gelatin to creamy mix, blending with wire whisk. Yields 1 quart.
    Refrigerate overnight.
