Carrot Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. carrots, cooked and sliced (should be cool, not cold)
    1 large onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, tomato soup, vegetable oil, salt and pepper together.
    When slightly cool, pour over carrots, onion and green pepper.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 days.
