Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh cauliflower
    cracker meal or bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender, but not well done.
    Separate buds and dip in egg.
    Roll in meal or crumbs. Brown in hot oil, turning to brown all over.
    Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
