Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, not drained
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil (Wesson, etc.)
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix remaining ingredients, except strawberries.
Add to dry ingredients.
Beat strawberries with electric mixer and stir in thoroughly with other ingredients. Pour into two 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes and remove (I use 4 small loaf pans).
