Italian Green Beans With Onion And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans, thawed
    1 c. chicken or vegetable stock
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil and butter for 5 minutes or until tender. Add beans and remaining ingredients and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until beans are tender. Makes 8 servings.
