Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1/2 gal. ice cream (your choice)
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Use 1/2 of the angel food cake to layer the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Slice the ice cream and layer on top of cake. Repeat layering.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Freeze until ready to serve.
