Ingredients

4 lb. peeled potatoes
1 small onion
2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
5 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Using grater blade of food processor, grate potatoes and onion.
Combine with salt, eggs and flour (a bit more if needed). Spoon batter with large soup spoon into hot lard and fry until golden brown on each side.
Serve immediately.
