Orange-Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped apricots
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat together the egg, honey, oil, milk and orange juice.
    Stir in the oats and let stand for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Add grated orange rind if desired.
    Add the baking powder, salt and flour.
    Mix just until blended.
    Do not overbeat. Pour the batter into a lightly oiled or wax papered 4 x 8-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until nicely browned.
