Ham And Cheese Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
    1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
    prepared mustard to taste
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine ham and cheese in a small bowl; mix well.
    Roll biscuits into 4 1/2 inch circles on floured surface.
    Spread center of each circle with mustard; top with 2 tablespoons ham mixture.
    Fold biscuit over to enclose filling; seal edges with fork.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Brush with mixture of 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and golden.
