Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Spray 9-inch square cake pan with Pam.
    Spread mixture into pan.
    Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
