Broccoli Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. fat-free grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package.
    Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli.
    Top with additional grated cheese and cracker crumbs if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
