Rabbit Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. ready to cook rabbit, cut up
    flour
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat rabbit pieces with flour.
    In ovenproof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil and butter, cook rabbit, a few pieces at a time, until browned on all sides. Remove to platter as they are browned.
