Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeling and all
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
    3 c. unsifted self-rising flour
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Batter will be a little thin.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
