Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo (1 stick)
2 eggs
2/3 c. molasses (Grandma's)
1 pkg. mincemeat
1 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, oleo and eggs, stir well.
Add mincemeat (in broken pieces), add molasses and beat well.
Add coffee (soda dissolved in coffee), add vanilla, add flour and mix well, add nuts.\tBake in loaf pans or cans that are greased and floured. Time:
1 hour at 325\u00b0.
