Stir-Fried Peas And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed
1 1/2 c. sweet red pepper strips
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
dash of pepper
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Coat a heavy skillet or wok with cooking spray; add oil and heat to medium-high for 2 minutes.
Add next 3 ingredients. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Combine sugar, cornstarch, bouillon granules and pepper in a small bowl.
Add soy sauce and water; stir well.
Pour over vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
