Chicken A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken cutlets
    flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. tamari sauce
    2 eggs
    2 c. carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Take enough flour to coat chicken; mix with paprika and pepper.
    Dip chicken in egg and coat with flour.
    Brown in a frying pan.
    Add orange juice, tamari and carrots.
    Simmer 45 minutes to one hour, uncovered.
