Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mash carrots.
Add oleo.
Beat eggs.
Mix flour and condiments.
Add eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to carrots.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
