Cream Of Wheat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. instant Cream of Wheat
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. raisins or M&M's or chocolate chips or Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Mix fat and sugar in a large bowl.
Add egg and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
