Auntie Letty'S Won Bok Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cooking oil (optional)
    1 piece fresh ginger root
    1/2 to 1 won bok cabbage
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil (optional)
    1 block firm tofu
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice won bok cabbage into about 1 1/2-inch strips.
    In a large frypan, heat ginger in 1 teaspoon oil.
    Add won bok.
    Saute. Add water.
    Steam until translucent and well cooked.
    Set aside.
