Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 section Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Generously butter 9 x 13 pan.
Mix in a separate bowl the soup and sour cream.
Layer chicken pieces in pan
and top with sour cream/ soup mixture.
Crumble and spread Ritz crackers over soup mixture, then drizzle melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
