Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck, browned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 tsp. butter
1 can chopped mushrooms
Preparation

Brown
hamburger
and
onions;
add
butter
and flour. Stir well, then add the cream of chicken soup and the garlic. Cook 15 to
20
minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according
to package directions;
drain.
Add noodles and sour cream to the hamburger when it has completed cooking.
