Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up chicken
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tomato
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons fat until clear; add salt and paprika.
    Add chicken and brown slightly.
    Pour enough boiling water to cover chicken; add tomato and green pepper.
    Cook at a low boil 2 to 3 hours.
    Mix flour and sour cream in a bowl until smooth and thick (add more flour if necessary).
    Pour into chicken gravy a few minutes more.
