Texas Style Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 carton sour cream
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes, add other ingredients and mix.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Top with shredded cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
