Diet Shake 'N Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dry low-fat milk
    1 tsp. instant bouillon
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Dampen fish or chicken before shaking or dip in a slightly beaten egg white, then roll or shake meat in the dry ingredients. Bake chicken at 370\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake fish for twenty minutes.
