Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. brisket
    tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with tenderizer. Put in big Tupperware pan and marinate 2 days. Keep turning it over. Cook at 275\u00b0 from 8:30 to 5:00 or at 250\u00b0 overnight for lunch. During the last hour of cooking, cover with 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
