Gazpacho("Spanish Cold Soup That Is Delicious On A Hot Day") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well; cover and refrigerate. Chill overnight and serve with croutons. Remove from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
