Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. each salt, soda and vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, flour, salt, soda and vanilla. Fold in apples, nuts and coconut.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in a 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan before removing.
