Peanut Butter Streusel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together peanut butter and confectioners sugar; set aside. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk and salt in saucepan.
    Mix together granulated sugar and flour.
    Add remaining milk.
    Beat egg yolks slightly, add to flour mixture.
    Pour into scalded milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Put peanut butter crumb mixture in bottom of pie shell, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
    Pour in cooked filling.
