Shepherd'S Pie(One Of My Husband'S Favorites.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground lamb
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped carrots
    1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 1/2 to 2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. frozen corn kernels
    3 or more c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat the butter in a saucepan and add onions, carrots and celery.
    Cook, stirring until onions are wilted.
    Add the 3 tablespoons of flour and stir with wire whisk. Add tomato paste, wine, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir rapidly for two minutes and let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
